About Jason

I help organizations get from conversation to action.

I'm Jason Gornto, Ph.D., a principal consultant, strategist, facilitator, organizational leader, and educator.

For more than two decades, my work has involved helping people navigate organizational priorities, leadership challenges, change, communication, strategy, and implementation.

Since 2015, I've also worked directly with organizations through my consulting practice on strategic planning, organizational leadership, facilitation, and development.

How I Approach the Work

I don't believe the consultant should become the center of the process.

The people closest to an organization understand things an outsider never will.

My job is to bring structure to the conversation, listen carefully, identify patterns, challenge assumptions when necessary, ask useful questions, and help leaders turn what they know into clearer decisions.

Sometimes that means helping a board imagine a different future. Sometimes it means forcing priorities. Sometimes it means getting a leadership team to stop talking around an issue and make a decision. Sometimes it means building the implementation structure that turns a good idea into real work.

The approach changes. The objective doesn't.

Clarity. Alignment. Execution.

The right consultant shouldn't make your organization dependent on the consultant.

The work should leave your leadership team clearer, stronger, and better equipped to move.
